To all neighbours of Tíjola and the Cerro Negro
The “Di NO a las torres” platform´s lawyer suggests we have information ready (name, address, polígono, parcela, meters from the pylon or cable) of those people affected by the repowering that Red Eléctrica Española wants to carry out on the existing pylons that go through Tíjola. This project involves changing pylons for taller ones and twice as much electricity passing through the cables.
We are only expecting 10 days to object from the moment it is announced in the official bulletin that the project is free to start working on the repowering. For that reason we need to have all
information on people affected now. Our lawyer will write an objection that affected people only have to fill in and sign. It won’t cost them anything.
The power of presenting many objections is an important part of our platform’s fight.
